1) All goods sold are strictly non-refundable.
2) Goods are not exchangeable unless incorrect size or defects* - please see below for our "Return and Exchange Policies".
3) Orders are considered confirmed via email confirmation only upon receipt of your payment.
4) Stocks are reserved for you after you have confirmed your purchase, please proceed to make payment within 24 hours upon receipt of our acknowledgement. Upon receipt of your payment, "Earth Inspire" will advise the delivery date for your purchase.
5) "Earth Inspire" reserves the right to sell to another party should you failed to make your payment within 24 hours upon purchase confirmation.
6) In the event whereby stocks is sold after you have transferred the funds, you can opt to change your orders of equal or higher value.
7) Customers should note that there could be a slight variation of the colors , as compared to the photo shown. We will advise accordingly.

*Return and Exchange Policies:-
In order to satisfy all customers, "Earth Inspire" has come up with return and exchange policy for the following 2 cases:

Incorrect Size (not applicable on FREE SIZE & single size items): Please contact us within 2 days after you have received the goods to notify us of the exchange. The goods has to be returned to us with our electronic invoice provided to our latest outlet within 2 days for an exchange and it must retain in a sellable condition. We will try our best to find the right sizes to exchange for you, but this is only applicable if we still have the sizes you want, otherwise you might have to pick another item of equal or higher value for exchange.

Defected: Pictures have to be taken and email to us within 1 day after you have received the goods. We'll advise accordingly & if you're entitled for the exchange, you may bring the goods with our electronic invoice provided to our latest outlet within 2 days for an exchange. In the event of stock-outs, you may pick another item of equal or higher value for exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for returned products until we have received it. We seek your understanding that we will not be liable for any missing or damaged stocks through these postages. All goods will be inspected before sale.

If the above cases were to occur, we will advise on a case-to-case basis.
